GoBeauty was established in 2008 to develop and market cutting edge, scientifically proven beauty products. Our goal is to develop products using innovative ingredients and the most up-to-date scientific studies. GoBeauty is the result of a partnership between dermatologists and wound care experts.

Clinical Advisor: Dr. Neil Sadick, MD, FAAD, FAACS, FACP, FACPh Dr. Sadick is one of the most renowned dermatologists and researchers of our time. His multiple discoveries have strongly influenced and transformed the future of dermatology. Dr. Sadick's prestigious list of titles range from Clinical Professor of Dermatology at Weill Cornell Medical College, to President of the Cosmetic Surgery Foundation, Member of the Board of Examiners for the International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery, to Global Medical Advisor for Christian Dior Beauty, to name a few.

Dr. Sadick holds four board certifications: Dermatology, Cosmetic Surgery, Internal Medicine, and Hair Transplantation. Dr. Sadick is author, or co-author, of more than 500 articles in peer-reviewed scientific journals and has contributed more than 75 chapters of medical books. In addition, he has written or edited more than 10 books on cosmetic surgery, hair, and vein treatment. Dr. Sadick has also been a guest lecturer at more than 500 medical seminar classes and workshops worldwide.

Product Development and Manufacturing: Evan Philips has over 15 years of skincare product development and manufacturing experience. Evan is the President of a cutting edge wound care/skin care company. Evan also sits on the board of a leading global medical services company serving the hospital, clinic, and physician communities.

Previous to his own companies, Evan worked for Fortune 1000 consulting firms, holding management positions within the Pharmaceutical/Healthcare divisions. His clients included Smithkline Beechum, Pfizer Animal Health, and Kaiser Permanente. He tailored large scale multi-million dollar marketing and tradeshow packages for these clients, which supported their growth and awareness throughout the years to specific target groups.

Evan, a New York City native, graduated from the University of Rochester with honors. He received his business degree from Tufts University in Massachusetts. He donates his time and money to several charitable organizations including Susan G. Komen for the Cure (Breast Cancer Network), the National Celiac Fund, as well as City Meals on Wheels.

Sales and Marketing: Adam Dinkes has over 15 years experience working as a management consultant where he specialized in Strategy and Operations Management. He has worked in various industries including Real Estate, Consumer Products, IT, Financial Services and Healthcare. He currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Sadick Dermatology, where he oversees three business units, Clinical Research, Dermatology and Plastic Surgery, and Product development. Adam has developed the organization from a 2 physician practice, into a cutting edge aesthetic center with 6 physicians and two offices.

Adam works closely with Sephora and has appeared on Home Shopping Network as a beauty expert since December 2007. Adam was a guest speaker at the 2008 and 2009 ACP National Conferences and recently wrote his a book chapter on Medical Spa Marketing published in Dermatology Clinics. Adam was recently an invited guest speaker and panel expert at the HBA Conference in NYC where he discussed the future of home beauty treatments.

Adam graduated with honors from Brandies University and received his MBA in Strategy and Operations with honors from McGill University Graduate School of Management. Adam currently sits on the Arts Council Board at Brandies University where he raises and allocates funds for the arts. In addition, Adam sits on the Skin Cancer Foundation Gala Committee, where he has helped raise over $2M for Skin Cancer Research.
